Who we are

LookedAfterChild is run by Callum Fallows, the data controller for the details you give on this website. Contact: hello@lookedafterchild.co.uk.

What we collect

What you type into the form: your name, email address, what describes you (for example foster carer or social worker), your organisation if you give it, and any message. We also record when you sent it.

Please don’t tell us anything about a child in the message box.

Why, and our lawful basis

To add you to the waiting list, invite you to try LookedAfterChild, and arrange a demo if you asked for one. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where it’s kept, and who sees it

Your details are stored with Amazon Web Services in London (UK), and emailed to us using Amazon’s email service. Only we can see them. We don’t sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or 12 months after LookedAfterChild opens to everyone, whichever comes first.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@lookedafterchild.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
